Beet «Vital» - this is a mid-season table variety, with a growing season of 128-145 days. The root crop is cylindrical, 3.5-6 cm in diameter, with a small pointed tip, easily breaks out of the ground. The mass of the root crop is 210-450 grams.
The flesh is dark red with a dark purple hue, juicy, without white streaks and rings with excellent taste.
Undemanding to soils. Great for both storage and processing. Good transportability.
