Chard (beet leaf) «Fantasy» - medium ripe variety, growing season lasts about 70 days. The variety was created by the method of individual-family selection for 7 generations from a hybrid population obtained from free cross-pollination (polycross) of the Mangold Ruby Red variety with three varieties of table beet (Dii, Bordeaux 237 and Smena).
The mass of leaves and petioles from one plant is 750 g. The period from mass shoots to the first collection of products is 50 days. Results of biochemical analysis of leaves: dry matter content 11.31%, total sugar 1.01%, ascorbic acid 6.94 mg/100 g.
