Large-leaved rhubarb / Rheum rhaponticum L.

The period from regrowth (in the third year after sowing the seeds) to the beginning of the economic suitability of petioles is 36 days. The rosette of leaves is semi-vertical. The leaf is large, ovoid, slightly bubbling, green, the edge is strongly wavy.
The petiole is medium, depending on the stage of development: green or pink-crimson in color, the flesh is green. Recommended for fresh and canned use.
