Pattypan squash «Pearl» - early ripe squash variety. Vegetation period from germination to harvest 45-55 days. Bush type plant. The fruits are disc-shaped, 12-15 cm in diameter, weighing 300-350 grams, white in color. The pulp is tender and dense, high taste qualities.

Productivity is 4-5 kg/m2. Patissons are boiled, stewed, stuffed, canned and fermented. Canned fruits are not inferior to cucumbers in taste.
