Cucumber «Componist» F1 - is an early-ripening (growing season 50 days) parthenocarpic popular cucumber-gherkin hybrid for cultivation in open ground and in greenhouses of various designs with a fruit weight of 70-80 grams.
With the necessary care, it forms 3-5 fruits on one node. Vigorous open plant with strong growth and root system. Cylindrical-shaped crispy fruits have a dark green color without yellowness and longitudinal stripes, thin skin and excellent taste without bitterness, homogeneous. The surface of the fruit is coarsely tuberculate. The ratio of length to diameter is 3.2:1. The average length is 8-10 cm.
Maturation occurs very early and amicably. Excellent for fresh use, pickling and processing.
Not susceptible to brown spot virus, powdery mildew, cucumber mosaic. They have excellent resistance to unfavorable growing conditions, very good regenerative ability, high setting until the end of the crop, and excellent field resistance.
