The cobs are cylindrical, 20-25 cm long, weighing 250-300 grams. The grains are white, yellow, tender, very sweet, containing up to 16% sugar, which is several times more than in other varieties.
Variety «Mermaid» is recommended for use in milky ripeness in boiled and canned form.
