Chervil «Lark»
This is an annual spicy plant, 30-60 cm high. The leaves have a sweetish anise aroma, taste like parsley. The period from germination to the start of harvesting for greenery is 35-40 days.
The first sowing is carried out in early spring, as soon as the soil warms up, subsequent sowings after 15-20 days. The plant prefers shady places. Fresh leaves collected before flowering are consumed as a seasoning for salads, meat and fish dishes. In medicine, it is used as a tonic and tonic.
