Description

Asparagus (sugar) beans «Nassau» - a high-yielding, early-ripening variety, the growing season from germination to technical production is 50-55 days. The plant is powerful, upright, about 50 cm high. The beans are flat, straight, light green in color, 16-18 cm long and 1.5-1.8 cm wide, have a pleasant, delicate taste and do not contain a parchment layer and fibers.

The variety is stable and very productive, unpretentious to growing conditions, resistant to diseases. Young beans are used fresh, boiled as a side dish for meat dishes and frozen.
