Tomato «Cuban black» (Cuban pepper) - mid-season variety. It grows well in open ground and in a greenhouse. The bush is indeterminate, high, up to 200 cm. The stem is not thick, the leaf is simple, narrow. The flower brush is simple, tied with 4-6 fruits.
It is best to form the Cuban Black variety in 2 stems. Pasynkovanie and garter are required. The shape of the fruit is pepper-shaped, elongated, sometimes with shallow and frequent ribs, which indicates fleshiness. Fruit weight 250-300 grams. The color is deep, rich, burgundy-brown, sometimes with a small green spot near the stem. In the cut, the flesh is red-brown.
Very sweet, harmonious with bright tomato aroma and spicy aftertaste. The structure of the pulp is oily-sugar, tender, but the walls are very fleshy, there are few seeds and juice. The variety is perfect for salads and for conservation. The pulp can be dried. Stored up to 1 week after harvest, the skin does not crack. The variety is stable, productive and very sweet. Simply magnificent!
