The color is deep, rich, burgundy-brown, sometimes with a small green spot near the stem. In the cut, the flesh is red-brown.

The variety is perfect for salads and for conservation. The pulp can be dried. Stored up to 1 week after harvest, the skin does not crack. The variety is stable, productive and very sweet.
