Hot pepper (bitter) «Santa Fe Grande» - a variety of medium early ripening, 100 days from planting seedlings, ripens in late July - early August. An annual variety. The fruits are conical up to 8 cm long, fleshy, when ripe they become almost white, lemon yellow, then red-orange.
The taste is sweet, from mild to moderate pungency. It is eaten fresh, marinated, salted, stuffed, baked, dried. Sowing seedlings in early March. Can be grown indoors in pots from 2 liters.
Taste: 5.000 - 15.000 on the Scoville scale (Scoville). Sharpness is moderate.
