Cucumber melon - is a rare variety of pumpkin that resembles a watermelon in appearance. The pulp of the cucumber is white-cream, juicy, reminiscent of a ripe cucumber in taste and smell. You can eat cucumber melon raw, cook okroshka, salads and other dishes.
