Eggplant «Golden Egg»
The fruits of this eggplant actually resemble the eggs of the Firebird. A beautiful indoor ornamental plant, the fruits of which are not poisonous, but still not used in cooking. It is abundantly covered with purple flowers and is very beautiful during this period. Then the flowers change to compact fruits, weighing 80-100 grams.
The fruits change color from white to yellow when ripe and, under appropriate conditions, remain on the plant for a long time. Ripe, yellow fruits are bitter, so it is advisable to eat - young white, they are without bitterness.
The height of the bush is 30-50 cm. Eggplant is ideal for growing in outdoor containers and pots on windowsills.
