Corn supersweet «Juliet» F1 (Venice F1) - a hybrid of supersweet corn. The average ripening period is 80-83 days. Heads of conical shape, well structured. More than 22 cm long with bright yellow grains. The sugar content is over 22%.
Why super sweet?
Super sweet sweet corn or Sh2 type corn - schranken:
- the name comes from the appearance of the dried grains - «wrinkled»;
- has a very slow conversion of sugars into starch;
- contains 4-10 times more sugar content than normal Su type sweet corn
- under normal conditions, it can be stored up to 21 days after collection, but it has the best taste qualities during the first 7 days.
