Cauliflower «Palla di Neve»
This is an early (75-80 days) variety of cauliflower with a very dense, snow-white head weighing 1.2-1.5 kg, which is well covered with leaves, and is also characterized by simultaneous ripening of the crop.
The variety is resistant to high temperatures, which allows it to be grown in spring-summer and summer-autumn periods. Designed for fresh consumption and freezing.
Sowing: plant 40-day-old seedlings in April-May according to the scheme 50x50cm.
Harvest: June-September.
The name can be pronounced as Pala di Neve, Pala de Neve, Palla de Neve.
