Perennial blue fescue (festuca) - is a compact perennial shrub of silver-blue color. A fluffy semicircular ball with narrow leaves, it grows quickly and forms turf. The height of an adult plant is 30-60cm. The flowers are gray-green, collected in spike-shaped inflorescences-panicles, flat on both sides, 5 to 7 cm long. After flowering, the spikelets become light brown in color.
Prefers moderately dry, loose, well-drained, nutrient-poor soil.
