Spinach «Matador» - the variety is productive, early ripening (20-30 days), universal, resistant to stemming, intended for cultivation from early spring to late autumn in open and closed ground. The leaves are large, oblong, slightly wavy, dark green. The weight of one plant is 25-30 grams. The content of iron, potassium, iodine, vegetable oils, and folic acid gives the culture particular value and nutritional value.
The leaves of young plants are used for food, both fresh and canned and frozen.
Frost-resistant, moisture-loving crop, resistant to insufficient lighting and not demanding on soil fertility. A rosette of juicy, tender leaves is formed 20-30 days after emergence. Seedlings are able to withstand frosts down to -6-8ºС, adult plants do not die at -12ºС. The seeding rate is up to 15 seeds per 1 m2 or 10-20 g per 1 m2. Row spacing is 45 cm. Seed placement depth is up to 3 cm.
