Parsley «Gigantella» - an unpretentious, high-yielding variety, with large leaves for cutting. The bush is quite strong. The rosette of leaves is semi-raised, up to 35–40 cm high, up to 45 cm in diameter. The leaf is up to 44 cm long, with smooth medium-dark green leaves without edges. Characterized by rapid regrowth after cutting.
Greens are used fresh, dry or salted. For seasoning various dishes and for canning.
Cold-resistant culture. Suitable for sowing at any time, even in autumn. Can be left in beds for the winter. Demanding on fertility and soil structure. The seeding rate is 20-30 seeds per 1 linear meter, planting depth is 2-3 cm, row spacing is 30-45 cm. Technical ripeness occurs 50-70 days after germination.
