Carrots «Vita Longa» - the mid-late Flaccia type variety is intended for long-term storage, but can be used for direct consumption and processing. The growing season from germination to technical ripeness is 130 days. Root vegetables are 22-30 cm long, evenly colored, with a high carotene content and high taste.
High yields are obtained on light loam or sandy loam soils with one deep layer and moderate moisture. Seeds germinate at a temperature of +4ºС, seedlings tolerate down to -2ºС. Seed sowing rate: 20 pcs. per 1 linear meter, planting depth 2 cm. Sowing rate per 1 m2 - 0.4-0.6 g. row spacing 45 cm.
