Beetroot «Marmalade» - an early ripening variety of table beet. Growing season 94-110 days, drought-resistant. The root vegetables are round and round-flat, weighing 230-450 grams, good taste and good keeping quality, the flesh is intensely dark red, dense and sugary.
It is stored until May-June of the next year without losing its commercial qualities. Cold-resistant culture. Grows well in fertilized, fertile, light soils.
Sowing is carried out to a depth of 3-4 cm, when the soil warms up to 6-8ºС. The seeding rate is 1-1.5 g/m². It especially needs moisture during the period of seed germination, formation and growth of root crops.
