Two-component insecticide «Provanto doublet» - contact-systemic insecticide Provanto doublet is used in vegetable crops to destroy the Colorado potato beetle and other insect pests that cause harm to the crop during cultivation. Protecting crops is often complicated by weather conditions, particularly high temperatures and the hidden lifestyle of some pests.

This makes the use of pyrethroid contact preparations insufficiently effective, so combination with systemic agents is an ideal solution to achieve high results in treatments.

The drug is made on the basis of two active ingredients that are highly toxic in the fight against insects: imidacloprid and beta-cyfluthrin. Thanks to its dual-action effect, this insecticide is able to destroy the entire population of pests, even when their numbers are high. When a pest enters the body through the external integument or with food, the product blocks key functions of the insect’s nervous system, causing loss of mobility and paralysis.

An additional stimulating effect is achieved due to the presence of imidacloprid in the drug, which is transformed in the plant into a natural antidepressant - chloronicotinic acid. Treated plants receive certain additional anti-stress protection against drought, waterlogging and other unfavorable conditions.

Insecticide Provanto Duplet guarantees effective protection for potatoes from the Colorado potato beetle; beets from weevils, beet flea beetles, honey beetles, and sandy beetles; onions from thrips and other pests.
