Aster chinensis «Dwarf violet» - a popular annual. The bush is low-growing, compact, 20-25 cm high. The flowers are large, up to 6-7 cm in diameter. It blooms from mid-August and blooms until the onset of cold weather. It is used mainly in group plantings, borders and flower beds.
The seeds are sown in March-April in a greenhouse or hotbed and grown through seedlings or in April-May directly in the soil. At a temperature of 18-21 °C, shoots appear on the 6-15th day. It grows better in well-lit areas with nutritious soil.
