Tomato «Grosse Bordeau» (Gross Bordeaux) - mid-season, tall, very productive variety, plant height 1.2 m. Fruits from 200 to 400 grams, dark pink, with dark green shoulders, like a beefsteak, flat-round, with slightly loose and more or less ribbed shoulders.
Fruits are uniform throughout the entire height of the bush, fleshy, with a rich, beautiful dark red, burgundy color of the pulp. The pulp is juicy, purple on the periphery and pink inside with a fruity sweet taste inherent in black-fruited varieties.
A rare and very little-known variety is mentioned only in Jardins de Tomates.
