Watermelon «Tamerlan» - mid-season variety of the Crimson Sweet type. Ripens in 75-80 days from planting seedlings. A plant with strong, long stems, a well-developed root system and abundant foliage. Does not shed the ovary during sudden weather changes. Resistant to fusarium and anthracnose.
The fruits are round-oval, large. Average weight is 12-14 kg. The peel is of medium thickness, striped, dense. Resistant to cracking and ensures excellent preservation of the crop in field conditions.
The pulp is red, uniform, crispy. It has a pronounced taste, contains about 12% sugar and many useful microelements. Taste and nutritional value do not decrease during storage.
The main purpose is the fresh market, processing and pickling are possible.
