Mallow «Night Bird» - a majestic garden giant with long spike-shaped inflorescences of large funnel-shaped flowers. Grown as a biennial plant. Plant height ranges from 1 to 2.5 m. Blooms from July to September. The flowers are large, 10–15 cm in diameter, with an original black-purple color.
Mallow grows best in loose, fertile soil in sunny locations. It is drought-tolerant. Seeds for seedlings are sown from May to July. Scatter the seeds on the soil surface and lightly cover them with soil. In late August, transplant seedlings to a permanent place. If you want the plants to bloom in the first year, sow seeds for seedlings in February.
