Bloody Mary sorrel / Rumex sanguineus - early ripening decorative variety. The growing season from germination to the start of mass cutting is 45-50 days. It grows quickly, forming compact rosettes. The leaf blade is 12-15 cm long, ring-shaped, green in color with dark burgundy veins.
The young leaves are edible and taste like spinach. During the growing season, 4-5 collections are carried out. Perfect for fresh use, cooking and pickling. It grows in one place for 3-4 years.
