This is a late maturing variety. The period from germination to harvesting for greenery is 40-45 days, before flowering 80-90 days. The rosette of leaves is large, raised, 20-40 cm high. The green mass of one plant averages 60-100 grams, with good agricultural technology up to 200 grams.
The leaves are intense green with a bluish tint and a wax coating, strongly dissected, juicy, fragrant, of high commercial quality. The duration of the green harvesting period is 14-20 days. Recommended for growing on fresh herbs, for freezing and drying.
