Spinach «Winter giant» - is a mid-early frost-resistant variety of spinach. The growing season from germination to economic ripeness is 25-40 days. Forms a compact rosette of large, slightly bubbly leaves, light green in color, lance-shaped and elongated oval.
The variety is recommended for cultivation in open ground, as well as in greenhouses in winter and spring. Used for fresh consumption, canning and freezing.
