Passiflora, known also as the passion flowers or passion vines «Cavalry Star» / Passiflora caerulea - this is a perennial vine, up to 5 m long, with a powerful stem, grown both in garden and indoor conditions. The plant produces large decorative leaves and exotic flowers, 7-9 cm in diameter, with whitish-green petals and a blue-violet crown.
Seeds are sown for seedlings in March and transplanted into pots up to 20 cm in diameter in May. In winter, the plant must be trimmed to 50 cm and placed in a room with a temperature of 10-15C. Used to decorate balconies, terraces and well-lit rooms.
