Eggplant «Tsakoniki» - is an early ripening variety of eggplant. It takes 70-75 days from the appearance of mass shoots to technical ripeness. The bush is strong, spreading, 64-67 cm high. The fruits are cylindrical, 22-24 cm in length, weighing 1-1.5 kg, lilac in color with white stripes.
The pulp is creamy-white, dense, without bitterness, the taste is indistinguishable from the taste of porcini mushrooms. Ideal for freezing, canning and fresh consumption.
