Salad «Golden ball» - a leaf variety of lettuce. For fresh use. The variety is medium early, from mass shoots to technical maturity in 25-30 days. Disease resistant. Plant weight 120-150 grams. Taste qualities 4.5-4.8 points. The socket is semi-raised, with a diameter of 22-24 cm, compact, leaves 10-14.
The leaves are entire, 13-16 long, 16-20 cm wide, broadly elliptical, yellowish in color, without manifestations of anthocyanin. The waviness of the edge of the leaf blade is very strong, the edge is deeply rarely incised; venation fan-like.
The plant is ornamental, suitable for decorating dishes in the form of whole leaves. Recommended for cultivation in open and closed ground.
