Arugula «Sicily» (indau) - is an early ripe variety of a popular fast-growing green crop. The period from germination to the beginning of economic suitability is 20-25 days. Suitable for growing in open and protected ground.

Productivity is high - 2.0-2.2 kg / m². Rosettes of leaves are vertical, 0.20-0.24 cm, weighing 20-30 grams. The leaves are large, dissected, tender and juicy, with a unique spicy taste.

It is used fresh in vegetable salads, for making sandwiches, goes well with meat and fish dishes. The variety is cold-resistant.
