Cabbage «Copenhagen market»
This is a mid-early (115 days) high-yielding variety of white-headed cabbage. Forms a dense head, weighing 1.5-2 kg, light green in color, rounded with a small stalk.
The grade is steady against cracking and "bloom". It has excellent taste qualities and a friendly return of the crop during the period when the early cabbage has already ended, and the middle cabbage has not yet ripened. Designed for fresh consumption and shredding.
Sowing: plant 40-day-old seedlings according to the scheme 60x40cm.
Harvest: August-September.
